$750,000 for Bucks County Woman After Dog Knockdown

Our client, a Langhorne, PA woman, was seriously injured when a large dog knocked her over unexpectedly.

The incident occurred in the defendants’ backyard with her two-year-old, sixty-pound Australian Shepard who was loose in the fenced in backyard.

Our client, whom had been invited to the home, used the backyard fence gate by the driveway to enter. As she entered through the gate, the dog started running towards them. The dog jumped on our client, knocking her to the ground.

Our client suffered serious spinal fractures during the accident. She is also suffering from foot drop, had extended rehabilitation, and residual pain that may last the rest of her life.

Our client was 78-years old living an active, busy, and independent senior life with her husband. The fall has impacted her life in many ways, including difficulty moving, inability to care for her home, and the loss of the ability to drive. Her injuries have prevented her from participating in most of her recreation activities including playing the piano, singing in choir, and participating in family vacations.
